Welcome to Consuli
Your personal health information agent and marketplace
We help you take control and choose who gets access to and how your personal health information is used. Claim, control, and manage your health data, get paid, and make medicine better. New public policy makes it clear that individuals own their data, yet, up until now there has been no easy or convenient way to get or manage... nevermind monetize your data! Consuli is changing all this and turning individual data into an annuity, real cash-paying asset for people.
We’re a patient-centered Public Benefit Company focused on doing good. Now, we are also in good company. We’re honored that our Windfall™ Platform has been nominated for the prestigious Prix Galien USA honoring innovators and their newest category, including, innovation in support of Equity.
What is Data Dignity?
Data Dignity is honoring that you own your data. And, when others wish to use your data, you are alerted and able to easily set permissions that are agreeable to you. Additionally, when there are commercial benefits derived from the use of your data, you are paid for the use, including the opportunity to donate your data.
According to Data Dignity advocate Jaron Lanier, Chief Scientist at Microsoft, data is expected to be worth approximately $20,000 (USD) per person per year.

Manifesto
What’s in it for you?
Corporations and healthcare organizations pay and get paid for your data. Companies we all rely on extract and sell your information without you participating in the earnings. We’re here to change that and put control back in the hands—and money in the pockets—of the rightful owners like you. Consuli puts you in control of who sees your data and gets you paid for it.
When you join Consuli, you claim and control your contributions to the world and get paid, AND you join a secure community that also helps speed up and improves research at scale, and that ultimately makes medicines better for everyone.
Consuli is the missing trusted marketplace and agent to help bring Data Dignity into the world. As your agent, you can relax knowing that we’ll be on the lookout for opportunities that are matched to you.
Helping Advance Research
Consuli supports vital innovation needed to help Medical Research… and get millions of consumers paid for access to their personal and health data.
Research needs your help
There are over 350,000 clinical trials and many ongoing trials underway in the world… data trials, cancer trials, sickle cell trials, Covid, Long Covid…. and many more.
Yet, despite trials offering the benefits of medical care and in some cases many thousands of dollars, according to Research America, an alliance for research in health, only a tiny fraction of the population participate in research trials despite the vast majority of individuals that say they would participate under the right circumstances.
It turns out that many trials painstakingly wait for busy doctors to identify and help enroll patients. Amazingly, the average study site only enrolls 1 patient per year! Ultimately, many studies fail to enroll enough and/or representative participants. This means a lot of waste and our collective human understanding and cures are delayed.
Consuli SmartMatch™ helps research
In response to this need, Consuli has assembled the studies and is helping you get a SmartMatch™ to clinical trials that are right for you. And, researchers get help quickly filling their studies with the right participants.
By making it simple for you to participate in clinical trials, more research can happen and this means more cures!
Why now?
We are at a critical inflection point in history. For years companies have built seemingly free services to harvest data — including your data. Public policy has taken progressive steps in recent years to define your rights.
“There’s broad agreement on the value of patient data to scientific discovery and innovation. That consensus unravels, however, on questions of how—and how transparently—hospitals [and other providers such as doctors] share such sensitive information with tech companies seeking to develop or test new products. Federal health privacy and research laws set some ground rules, but largely leave hospitals [and other providers] to answer those questions outside the public eye.”
